OMAHA
Kali Rahder, Stylist and Owner
In 2004, Kali left her hometown of Atkinson, Nebraska to join the Army National Guard. During her eight years of service, she worked as a chemical specialist. After being released, she graduated from Xenon International Academy as a valedictorian and participated in the North American Hairstyling Awards. In 2012, she became an educator for Kevin Murphy and later became a color specialist in 2015.
Kali is a staple of the fashion and beauty industry in Omaha, Nebraska. She is consistently seen on set working on commercial photoshoots featured in Omaha Magazine, Inspired Living, Wedding Essentials, and Omaha Fashion Magazine. She is also a member of the three-time award winning team for the Style and Beauty Show presented by Omaha Fashion week each spring, as well as a collaborator with designers to present their lines on the runway each season.
Cory McGranahan, Stylist
Cory has an obsession for the world of beauty. He has kept his education fresh with classes in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and the UK. Cory has worked in the cosmetology industry for 10 years. He specializes in corrective coloring, tape-in extensions and reactive cutting. He has done editorial work for Omaha Magazine, and styled hair for 6 seasons of Omaha Fashion Week. His craft has also been featured in music videos, film, and theater. Cory is a father of two chihuahuas, Dolly and Norman. He loves reading, yoga and traveling the world with his husband in his spare time.
Lee Ann Boyle
Lee Ann Boyle has been on the cutting edge of her industry since she began as a stylist 19 years ago. A veteran of both New York Fashion Week and now Omaha Fashion Week, her work has been featured in television, film, music videos and magazines across the country. After returning from New York, she worked as an international platform artist for a major hair company and stylist for 15 years. She continues to bring her talents and love of continuing education in the industry to the Omaha scene and spends the rest of her time raising five kids and one husband.
Sarah Poderys, Stylist
Sarah’s passion for the beauty industry began at a very young age. From the time she was a little girl, Sarah knew that beauty, hair, and style were her vocation. Sarah graduated from Xenon International School of Hair Design and has been a licensed cosmetologist for 15+ years. Sarah has mastered proficiency in color, balayage, high-lighting, and cuts for men and women. Sarah’s passion is special occasion hair styles and up-dos. Sarah has been chosen by many brides in the Omaha area to create the perfect look for their special day.
Sarah believes in continual education and strives to stay at the forefront of her field with her knowledge of new products and services available in order to provide personalized service to her clientele. Over the last 10 years of her career, Sarah has been involved in local commercials, fashion shows, and print work. Sarah stays updated on all the latest trends so that she can help you to look your absolute best. Sarah is committed to exceeding your expectations as well as improving your hair’s health. Whitney Grubbs, Stylist
Whitney attended cosmetology school in 2006. She is a passionate, educated stylist who specializes in color, specifically balayage. Airbrush make up and onsite hair styling are also a few of her favorite things when it comes to this industry. She has years of experience styling and doing makeup for Omaha Fashion Week. When Whitney isn’t working behind the chair she is running her clothing boutique, spending time with family, and raising her 3 small children. Her goal in this business is to not only make her clients look and feel beautiful. But to also educate them as well. It’s a beautiful thing when a career and a passion come together.
ATKINSON

She has returned home to open this salon and share her passion and knowledge with the people of Atkinson.
Emily Chohon, Stylist
Hey there!
I’m Emily, the girl behind the chair! Whether it’s the salon chair or the House of Colour®️ chair, you decide!
I became a licensed cosmetologist in late 2011 and I have been behind the chair ever since! I started at The Salty Blonde in the spring of 2018. My specialties include; lived-in dimensional color, blonding, extensions & bridal hair + airbrush makeup.
In December 2021 I purchased my House of Colour®️ franchise and started analyzing personal colors & clothing personalities. Color & style analyses streamline your daily routine & wardrobe, to sum it up! These services also help you know your best hair color, makeup colors & hairstyle. It’s one of the most life enhancing experiences I can offer.
When I’m not at the salon, you’ll find me at home with my family. Or on an outdoor adventure! A true ambivert, I enjoy meeting and talking to new people, but at the end of the day I’m ready to be home enjoying my husband, 4 children & 2 dogs. They keep me busy & overflow my cup!

Macy Oligmueller, Stylist
For those of you that don’t know me from behind the chair, I’m Macy!
I’ve always had a flair for anything creative and artistic and developed a passion for vintage glamour at a very young age. I knew I wanted to be a part of getting to help people look their best!
I graduated from the College of Hair Design in Lincoln in 2006. I couldn’t wait to get right to work in my beloved hometown of Atkinson. I have been working here behind the chair for the last 15 years!
My husband, Adam and I have 7 kids between ages 3-22. We even welcomed a grandchild in June of 2019! I love being busy, which is great because there is never a dull moment with a large family! If the weather is nice, you will likely find me outside doing something with my children or messing around with my flowers and landscaping.
When I do get some free time, I love to paint and craft my own home decor or replicate things I find on Pinterest.
After 15 years I am still completely in love with this job! I like to kill time by watching endless amounts of hair videos, keeping up on the newest styles and techniques. It is one of the most favorite things about my job!
I am so excited to be joining this crew of lovely ladies at The Salty Blonde and I can’t wait to see you in my chair!
Kiplee Castleberry, Stylist
In 2021, Kiplee moved to Atkinson. She has been behind the chair since 2011, specializing in men's and women's haircuts, along with spray tanning, waxing, tape-in hair extensions, color, and highlights.
Kiplee is a busy mom of three daughters. In addition to her role as a mom, she opened Crossroads Espresso off Highway 20 in Stuart, NE, in 2023. Due to her busy schedule, she recommends reaching out to her via text message to schedule an appointment, as her availability is constantly changing because of her kids and other business.
She loves living in Atkinson and being a part of The Salty Blonde crew!
Courtney Poessnecker, Cosmetologist
Hey y’all! I’m Courtney, born and raised right here in Atkinson. Since my high school days, I’ve been part of The Salty Blonde team, starting with a "work study" opportunity that led to a permanent role. Outside of work, my passions include traveling, delving into a good book, and the satisfaction of cleaning and organizing just about anything. During the summer months, you'll find me outdoors, tending to our animals and extensive garden. I'm always accompanied by my boyfriend, Max, and our golden doodle, Piper. Specializing in wedding hair and makeup, blondes, and nails, I feel incredibly fortunate to live out my dream each day.
Brianna Bauer, Esthetician
If you know Brianna, you know that working with skin has always been a dream of hers. She never knew if she’d end up close to home again, but she's glad she did, especially offering services with these ladies.
Brianna graduated from the College of Hair Design Esthetics in Lincoln and worked there for a while. If she’s not at the salon, she’s probably spending time with her friends or family.
She offers a range of facials with chemical peels, firming peptides, or simply for relaxation. She also offers spray tans, dermaplaning, and full body waxing.
